On Tuesday, at The Basilica School of Saint Mary, we held our 3rd Annual H is for Honor Assembly and Military Families Reception! Thank you to our Military Family Outreach Committee for making this event memorable.
Our students learned about the different branches of the military, sang 'It's a Grand Old Flag,' and heard from some of our school's military parents, including MG Joseph M. Lestorti and MSG Evan Wojtowicz, about their U.S. Army experiences. We were also treated to a moving performance of 'Reveille' and 'Taps' by a member of Pershing’s Own U.S. Army Band. We are so grateful for the service and sacrifices of our military families!
