Applications for the 2025-2026 School Year Open on November 21st!
The Basilica School of Saint Mary is humbled by your interest in our community of Saints, Stewards and Scholars.
Everyday school life focuses on a celebration of our Catholic faith while offering top-tier academics and an emphasis on nurturing stewardship through service to our community.
We invite you to consider applying for the 2025-2026 school year. The application will open on Thursday, November 21, 2024. In order to be considered in the first round of admissions decisions, you must submit all required materials by February 3, 2025. Applications submitted after February 3, 2025 will continue to be accepted and admission will be considered on a rolling basis as space allows.

Important Dates:

Thursday, November 21, 2024: Prospective Parent Open House for the 2025-2026 school year will begin at 8:30AM. Applications will be accepted for the 2025-2026 school year starting the afternoon of November 21st. Please review the requirements needed.

Friday, December 6, 2024: Applications for siblings of current students are due.

Thursday, January 23, 2025: The second Prospective Parent Open House for the 2025-2026 school year will begin at 8:30AM. Register before the event, and please note that parents only need to attend one of the open houses since the information is exactly the same at both events.

Friday, December 13, 2024, Friday, January 24 or Thursday, February 6, 2025: Prospective Kindergarten students are invited to a required kindergarten readiness assessment. Sessions are scheduled for one, 30 minute time slot.

Monday, February 3, 2025: Deadline to be considered in the first round of admissions decisions.

Monday, February 24 - Wednesday, March 5, 2025: Admissions decisions are sent to parents.
- Friday, March 14, 2025: Deadline to submit financial aid application and letter to financial aid committee.
