Auction and Gala

The Annual Auction and Gala offers an opportunity for us to gather as a community to support and celebrate our beloved school and have a great time doing it!

Guests will enjoy delicious heavy appetizers, open bars, live music and entertainment, and the opportunity to celebrate with other parents and friends. A live auction will offer exciting new opportunities as well as old favorites like Queen of carpool and Principal for a Day. In addition, the accompanying online silent auction will include perennial favorites like Sign-on Parties, Class Baskets, and Teacher for a Day, plus additional fabulous packages for shopping and dining, entertainment, sporting events, travel and other wonderful opportunities.

You do not want to miss this themed party and the school's largest fundraiser which occurs on a weekend night in the Spring!

Colin Casey Classic

The Colin Casey Scholarship Fund was created in remembrance of Colin Casey, son of retired St. Mary’s teacher Mary Casey and Michael Casey. Colin passed away on June 16, 1991, just days after his 8th grade graduation. He is remembered as a popular student, outstanding scholar and athlete. The Colin Casey Classic, our annual basketball fundraising event in the Spring, generates proceeds which go directly toward scholarships and financial assistance to St. Mary’s families experiencing financial difficulties. 8th grade students compete against faculty and staff in this beloved Spring tradition!

Father/Daughter Dance

Grandparents/Special Friends Appreciation Day

In May of each year with the Basilica Office of Stewardship, Father Hathaway, Grandparents/Special Friends Appreciation Day Chairs, faculty, staff, and students look forward to welcoming and celebrating this special day with our grandparents and special friends! The afternoon event will allow guests to tour the school, take photographs together and enjoy a sweet treat with your loved ones.

Service/Clean Up Day

Service/Clean Up Day occurs twice a year in the Fall and Spring on a Saturday morning. Students and parents roll up their sleeves to assist the requests of the faculty, administration, and janitorial staff with organizing, cleaning, sorting and more! From classrooms to storage closets, landscaping to bleachers, help spruce up the school and beautify the building.
