Available to grades: 2nd - 6th
Corporal Works of Mercy Workshops meet twice a month after school under the guidance of a parent/parish volunteer. Students in grades 2-6 are eligible to join. This service organization engages in a variety of corporal works of mercy, helping our St. Mary School and parish communities.
Some recent service projects have included:
- Assisting in the coordination of the Annual Fannie Mae Help the Homeless Walk
- Making lunches for our Catholic senior centers and others in need
- Clean-Up of St. Mary's Cemetery
- Making and praying spiritual bouquets
- Praying the Rosary
- Making cards for the sick, grieving and lonely
- Collecting baby items for Catholic centers dedicated to "mothers in need" centers.
The Corporal Works of Mercy Workshop is a wonderful opportunity for your children to actively engage in living their Catholic Faith.
