Drama Club

Available to grades: 7th - 8th

The Basilica School of St. Mary Drama Club offers an exciting opportunity for students in grades 7-8 to participate in all aspects of a full stage production. Students audition in the fall and all students will receive a role in the Spring Production. Students will experience the art of theater while learning important elements in drama education.

Recent Productions have included Annie Jr., The Music Man Jr., Frozen, Jr., Little Mermaid, Jr. and Peter Pan, Jr. Parents are asked to support the production by volunteering in specific roles as well as costuming, set construction, advertising, etc. For students who are unsure about participating on the stage, the club also has a tech team that helps with "behind the scenes" needs.
